Root Rotation Multiplier
The Power IK solver has an attribute called Root Rotation Multiplier. The default value is 1.0 which causes the root bone to rotate a small amount in reaction to the movement of the effectors.
In some cases, it may be preferrable to add more or less rotation on the root bone.
For human characters, the pelvis can be quite loose and a value of 3.0 or more may be needed to get natural pelvis rotation when the feet and torso are being pulled.
